摘 要:在去除重金属离子的天然海水中添加不同浓度的Ni2+和Co2+进行养殖实验,研究了Ni2+和Co2+对盐卤虫(Artemiasoline)孵化率及变态率的影响。在试验过程中保持温度(27℃)、盐度(30‰)以及pH(=8)恒定。结果表明:当海水中Ni2+和Co2+浓度分别为40μg/L和30μg/L时对旧金山湾卤虫的孵化最为有利,当Ni2+浓度为40μg/L,Co2+浓度为40μg/L-50μg/L时对其发育变态最为有利。从而得出结论:当海水中Ni2+浓度在40μg/L范围左右时可促进卤虫的孵化及变态发育,当海水中Co2+浓度为30μg/L-50μg/L范围内时可促进卤虫的生长发育。The effects of Co2+ and Ni2+ in seawater on the hatchability and metamorphosis of Anemia saline were studied in the laboratory. The chelate reagent-chphlex100 was added into the experimental sea water so as to get rid of the influence of the background ions in the seawater. The metamorphosis rate of Artemia saline from 1st instar to 12nd instar in different concentration of ion reagents was observed with temperature (27℃ ) and salinity (30‰) and pH(8) unchanged. Every 20h the metamorphosis of Artemia during the the first four instars was observed and every 24h during the following instars. And also the hatchability of Artemia saline after 24h, 48h and 96h respectively was observed . The results showed that the optimum concentration of Ni2+ and Co3+ in seawater for the hatchability of Anemia saline was 40μg/L and 30μg/L respectively and the optimum concentration of Ni2+ and Co2+ in seawater for the metamorphosis of Artemia saline was 40ug/L. It also indicated that we should pay attention to the optimum concentration of the ions in seawater for aquaculture with seawater.
