摘　　要：This paper reports the studies on one soft(gymnosperm)wood,which have been excavated from the city of Wuhan,Hubei Province,is situated on northern bank of Changjiang River in China.The ancient wood lie hidden 31～32?m on the undergrond and 9300 years ago(Early Holocene).According to the observation of wood anatomical features,it was identified to be Keteleeria sp.This paper reports the studies on one soft(gymnosperm)wood,which have been excavated from the city of Wuhan,Hubei Province,is situated on northern bank of Changjiang River in China.The ancient wood lie hidden 31～32?m on the undergrond and 9300 years ago(Early Holocene).According to the observation of wood anatomical features,it was identified to be Keteleeria sp.
