摘  要:比较抗锈品系 8914 4在伤害和锈菌侵染条件下的反应及基因的表达 ,发现锈菌侵染后 ,8914 4组织中SA含量迅速升高 ,同时 ,过氧化氢酶活性迅速降低。而伤害诱导条件下虽然SA含量也升高 ,但过氧化氢酶活性并没有降低 ,只有H2 O2 含量变化与锈菌侵染诱导同步 ,并且H2 O2 含量高于锈菌侵染 ,基因表达有一定相似性 ,但表达量和条带数又有一定差别。由此推测在两种途径诱导抗性过程中H2 O2 是一个关键因素 ,其原因可能是损伤条件下H2 O2 的大量产生 ,继而产生大量的过氧化物 ,而不同的过氧化物诱导出不同的抗逆基因表达。Different expressions of gene was induced in rust resistant variety 89144 after wounding or inoculation of rust strain. The comparison between these two induction paths showed that the increase of SA content was accompanied with the sharp decrease in CAT activity after inoculation of rust strain. While in wounding treatment, the increase of SA content was not accompanied with the decrease of CAT activity. Changes of H 2O 2 content were similar in both treatments and the content of H 2O 2 in wounding treatment was higher than that in inoculation treatment. DNA expression was similar to some extent. According to the obtained results it is deduced that H 2O 2 is the key element for the induction of DNA expression. The possible explanation for this is that the abundant accumulation of H 2O 2 could induce the production of peroxides, which can induce the expression of different resistance genes. Finally the ill resistant and wounding resistant genes were expressed simultaneously.
