摘 要:本文报道在实验室条件下,施用杀虫剂(呋喃丹)、杀菌剂(多菌灵)和除草剂(丁草胺)后,对黄松稻田土壤产甲烷菌数量和甲烷排放通量的影响。结果表明黄松稻田土壤产甲烷菌数量和甲烷排放通量范围分别为(0 84~42 14)×105cfu·g干土-1,(1 42~6 08)×10-6mol·g干土-1·d-1。低浓度的呋喃丹(1mg·kg干土-1)和丁草胺(1mg·kg干土-1)可增加黄松稻田土壤产甲烷菌种群数量和甲烷排放通量。但加入的呋喃丹、多菌灵和丁草胺量分别大于10mg·kg干土-1、5mg·kg干土-1和10mg·kg干土-1时,对产甲烷菌数量和甲烷排放通量呈现明显的抑制作用,7d时抑制作用最大,然后逐渐减轻,至28d时,基本恢复至对照水平。且加入量越大,农药在水稻田土壤中的滞溜时间也越长,对黄松稻田土壤产甲烷菌数量和甲烷排放通量的抑制作用越大。Effects of pesticidecontamination on the population of methanogens and the methane emission flux were investigated in Huangsong paddy soil developed from shallowsea deposit of intermediate lake deposit, off lied with insecticide (carbofuran), fungicide (carbendazim) and herbicide(butachlor) at different concentrations for 4 weeks The results showed that the population of methanogens and the methane emission flux in Huangsong paddy soil ranged (084~4214)×105 cells gdried soil-1 and (142~608) ×10-6 mol·g dried soil-1·d-1, respectively The population of methanogens and methane emission flux was stimulated slightly by adding carbofuran (1 mg·kg dried soil-1) or butachlor (1 mg·kg dried soil-1) in paddy soil, but significantly inhibited by adding of butachlor (10 mg·kg dried soil-1)?carbofuran (05 mg·kg dried soil-1) and carbendazim(10 mg·kg dried soil-1) in paddy soil At 7th day the inhibition reached the maximum and then gradually reduced down to the level in control Finally the applied pesticide or metabolites of pesticide might be beneficial to the population of methanogens and methane emission flux after 28 days
