摘 要:为了研究小麦与高冰草体细胞杂种的细胞遗传学规律 ,对普通小麦济南 177与高冰草的体细胞杂种 F5代的高秆株系 - 1- 9和矮秆株系 - 1- 3的根尖染色体数目进行了镜检观察 ,结果表明 ,两个株系分别有 86 .5 9%和82 .4 5 %的细胞其染色体数目分布在 4 0~ 4 2之间。核型分析发现 , - 1- 9和 - 1- 3与亲本济南 177的差别主要在2 A、5 A和 6 B染色体上 ,而且与亲本相比染色体发生结构变异 ,两个杂种株系之间亦存在明显的染色体形态差异。In order to study the cytogenetic rule of the somatic hybrids between Triticum Aestivum and Elytirigin Elongate (Host) Nevski, cytogenetic and karyotype of the higher stalk line (Ⅰ 1 9) and short stalk line (Ⅱ 1 3) of F 5 somatic hybrids between Triticum aestivum Jinan 177 and Elytrigin elongata (Host) Nevski were analyzed in this paper. 86.59% and 82.45% cells of root tips in Ⅰ 1 9 and Ⅱ 1 3 contained 40~42 chromosomes . Comparing with their parent Jinan 177, the chromosome structures of Ⅰ 1 9 and Ⅱ 1 3 were mainly varied in 2A, 5A and 6B. This assay initially revealed the difference of chromosome structures between hybrid lines and their parent wheat. At the same time, there were distinct differences between the two hybrid lines.
