摘　　要：为解决国内化工行业重达 2 0 0 0t煤炭液化反应器的现场制造、安装等工程中的起重技术难题 ,对 2 0 0 0t拼装式龙门吊机进行了研究 ,优化主体结构 ,研制先进的台车走行、电气控制系统 ,使其性能优、投资省 ,为解决超大吨位设备的整体制造、安装难题提供有效的途径。To deal with the difficult problem that 2000 ton coal liquescence reactors are hoisted when they are produced or made up,2000 ton assembled gantry crane is studied. Its main structure is optimized, advanced trolley system and electric controlling system is manufactured. The gantry crane has superior functions and need less investment, it makes a good way to solve the hoisting problem of producing and making up the great equipments.
