摘　　要：针对矿用自卸车的刹车加力器上的联接螺栓被拉断的情况 ,对其螺栓进行了强度校核 ,结果发现联接螺栓的强度不够。所以采取了改变螺栓尺寸和采用粘接剂进行紧固和防松等措施 ,使联接螺栓故障现象消除。The intensities about the joint bolts of break accumulator in mining auto-unloading vehicle were checked based on the case of the malfunction that joint bolts of its had been snapped.The result revealed that inadequate intensities about the joint bolts were the main reason of causing the malfunction.Therefore,after some measures that changed dimension of the bolts and introducing adhesive to tighten the bolts were carried out,the malfunction could be avoided.
