摘  要:以圆环链专用钢20MnV为对象,采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究零保温条件下,淬火温度和回火温度对20MnV钢强度和硬度的影响,确定了淬火温度920+10℃、回火温度460+20℃的零保温热处理新工艺,取得了理想的效果。The zero time holding heat-treatment technology has been applied to the heat-treatment of circular chain in this study. The experimental method is designed based on the orthogonally regressive principle, and the quenching and tempering temperatures which have an effect on the hardness and strength of the special steel 20 MnV of circular chain are investgated under the condition of zero time holding. The regularity of heat-treatment parameters influencing the hardness and strength of this steel are obtained and the mathematical model is derived. A new technology of zero time holding heat-troatment with 920+10℃ quenching and 460+20℃ tempering is established. The technology can also replace the traditional heat-treatment technology.
