摘　　要：耐磨胶粘涂层是以胶粘剂粘接耐磨填料,涂敷在件表面上所形成的一种抗磨复合材料涂层。本文在试验研究的基础上,配制出了一种AE型冲蚀磨损抗磨胶粘涂层。该涂层在煤水泵上的工业应用试验表明,涂层的抗磨性能优良,耐磨性相当于ZG40Cr的3倍。Antifriction adhesive coating is a kind of wear-resistant multi-material coating which uses adhesive to splice antifriction filler particles and to apply it to the surface of the parts. The paper has developed a AE antifriction adhesive coating under the condition of erosion-wear based on laboratory research. Industrially applied experiment on coal-water pump shows that the wear-resistence of the coating is excellent, which is equal to three times of that of ZG40Cr.
