摘　　要：以PSTN和Modem点对点串行通信为基础设计了一种通信控制规程SRSC协议,详细说明了SRSC协议的四层组成结构、设计思想、SRSC帧格式以及通讯机制,并进一步分析了SRSC协议的传输效率,从而说明了它的实用性和有效性。通过使用帧方式、CRC校验和选择重发纠错功能保证了协议的可靠性,该协议在一定程度上还可得到扩充。最后给出了SRSC协议在一种分布式多数据库系统结构中的应用说明,它以DLL的方式向数据库系统提供服务。Based on peer to peer serial communication mode using PSTN and Modem, this paper sets up a communication control rules, SRSC protocol. First, the paper explains the 4layer structure of the SRSC protocol, the idea of the design, SRSC frame format, and the mechanism of the communication. Then it analyses the transmission efficiency of the SRSC protocol, therefore the protocol's practicability and validity is proved. The reliability of the protocol can be ensured by use of the frame format, CRC check, and correct function of selecting and sending repeatedly. The protocol can be extended to a certain extent. Finally the paper accounts for an application of the SRSC protocol in a distributed multidatabase system in the way of DLL.
