摘　　要：对引信软件的特点进行了分析 ,从可靠性指标的内涵和可靠性指标的分配、测试用例的构造、测试环境与方法、可靠性估计、可靠性增长试验及可靠性验证等方面阐述了引信软件可靠性测试与评估技术 ,为引信软件进行可靠性测评提供了参考。Analysis of the characteristics of fuze software is introduced. In the view of reliability index the distribution of the reliability index, structure of test example, test enviornment test method, reliability increasing test, reliability and validation the technology of test and valuation of fuze software reliability is discussed. The paper may be used as a reference for the reliability of fuze software.
