摘  要:目前使用的基于Li(M)/FeS2电化学体系的热电池由于电压平稳、容量较高等优点一直沿用至今,但由于FeS2本身的一些缺点如电导率低、热稳定性差等限制了其进一步应用,尤其是在高过载、开路搁置等条件下。各国围绕这个问题进行了许多实验,发现CoS2是比较理想的正极材料。由于CoS2本身电导率高、化学稳定性好、分解温度高等优点成为有希望代替FeS2的新型正极材料。采用CoS2材料制作的热电池内阻较FeS2降低40%左右,大电流放电,开路搁置等性能明显优于FeS2体系,容量与FeS2基本相当。The thermal battery based on Li (M)/FeS2 electrochemical system used for weapon system at present has advantages of stable voltage and high capacity. However, its further application is limited due to the disadvantages, such as low conductivity and bad thermal stability, especially at high overload and opencircuit shelving. The experimental results show that CoS2 with high conductivity, good chemical stability and high decomposition temperature is expected to be the new cathode material to substitute FeS2. Compared with the thermal battery using FeS2 as cathode material, the thermal battery using CoS2 has similar capacity, lower internal resistance (40% lower) and the obvious higher properties in largecurrent discharge, opencircuit shelving, etc.
