摘　　要：对一个实用的电力系统继电保护运行管理系统中使用的集中式关系型数据库及其管理系统进行了论述 ,并在电力系统继电保护运行管理的历史和发展现状及其对数据库系统要求的基础上 ,确定主要工作。以继电保护定值通知单和保护设备台帐为应用对象 。The centralized relation type database and its management system used in relaying management for power system was discussed. On the basis of the history and development of the relaying management and database system requirement, the main work was determined. Taking the relay setting value notice and relay equipment table as application object, a real system was completed.
