摘 要:依据“渗透弹性偶联”理论,设计了测定红细胞变形性的新方法——聚乙二醇诱导钱串形成法.变形性修饰因子的实验证明,红细胞钱串的形成和变形性密切相关,而老化红细胞较难形成钱串。该结果为红细胞进行简便分龄提供了新途径.运用上述方法还研究了血红蛋白的状态改变对红细胞变形性的影响,探讨了其生理及病理意义.In this paper a new method was described for measurement of the erythrocyte deformability based on PEG-induced Rouleau formation. It was designed on the hypothesis of Osmo-elastic Coupling that explains the correlation between formation of PEG-induced Rouleau and deformability. This correlation was confirmed by means of modification factors of the deformablility and the erythrocytes became more and more difficult in formation of Rouleau through advanced aging.The new method was also used in studying the effect of different hemoglobin states on the erythrocyte deformability. It was found that both DeoxyHb and MetHb reduced the deformability of the erythrocytes. The physiological and pathological significances of these changes were also discussed.
