摘　　要：目的 :验证鬼针草对降低血压的疗效。方法 :采用随机、双盲、安慰剂对照的方法进行研究。结果 :治疗组与安慰剂组收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均有不同程度的降低 ,总有效率分别为46 9%和36 7% ,两组逐周临诊血压、观察前后血压差值和24小时、日间、夜间动态血压均值均无统计学差异。结论 :不能证明鬼针草有独立的抗高血压作用 ,安慰剂有36 7 %的降压有效率。Objective:Test the therapeutic effect of beggarticks on lowering blood pressure.Method:Take the method of random,double blindness and placebo control for research.Result:The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment and placebo groups reduced in difˉferent degrees,the total effectiveness rates were46.9%and36.7%respectively.There're no statistic differences in weekly clinical blood presˉsures,the blood pressure differences before and after observation,the dynamic blood pressure average values of24h,day time and night time for the2groups.Conclusion:Beggarticks couldn't be proved to have separate antiˉhypertension function,for the placebo also had effectiveness rate36.7%in lowering blood pressure.
