苏州商业中心区演化研究

摘　　要：选择历史名城苏州的商业中心区为案例 ,分古代、近现代、当代三个历史阶段进行理论研究。整理其历史脉络 ,探寻其演化机制。指出 ,苏州商业中心区的形成、发展及其空间分布是个因素复杂的动态过程 ,并与整个古城的城市形态演化构成一个互动整体 ;商业中心区的演化和城市的道路交通结构总是处于相互促进、相互冲突和相互建构之中 ;商品流通的功能性质决定了苏州商业中心区演化的总体特征 ;公众活动是商业中心区演化的持久动力 ;交通工具变迁是影响商业中心区演化的重要技术因素。并从规模容量的控制、建设周期的调整、公共环境的完善。This paper analyzes the evolution process of the central retail district in Suzhou City. It is pointed out that the formation, development and spatial patterns of this center is resulted interactively from the development of the whole city. The relationship between the retail center and transport, merchandizing, public activities is studied. The author put forward some suggestions in respect of the control of the overall construction, the adjustment of construction period, the improvement of public environments and the guidance to transport vehicles.
