鸡传染性法氏囊病毒超强毒株的分离及生物学特性鉴定

摘　　要：用SPF鸡及鸡胚 ,从吉林某鸡场病死鸡的法氏囊组织中分离到一株超强毒株 (J20株 )。此病毒不能凝集鸡的红细胞 ,可以被IBDV标准阳性血清检出IBDV抗原。通过对J2001分离毒株进行回归实验 ,测定病毒效价EID50 达106/0.2ml,发病率为100 % ,死亡率达70% ;病毒理化特性试验 ,电镜观察等证实J20株为鸡传染性法氏囊病超强毒株。A very virulent strain(J 20)of infectious bursal disease virus was isolated in a chicken farm in Jilin Province by using SPF chickens and SPF chick embryoes. The isolate was unable to agglutinate chicken red blood cells and IBDV antigen was detected in the isolate with refereuce IBDV serum. The viral titer(EID50)reached 106/0.2mL,with an incidence of 100% and a mortality of upto 70%.The IBDV-J20 was confirmed as a very virulent strain of IBDV by regression test with the isolate J20,physical and chemical analysis and electron microscopic observation.
