摘 要:目的 :寻求解决深度烧伤创面愈合瘢痕增生和挛缩方法。方法 :采用理、化方法对异体皮肤进行处理 ,制成脱细胞异体真皮。结果 :动物实验证明移植成活率高 ,无排斥反应 ,愈合后的皮肤柔软 ,有弹性 ,耐磨 ,外观平整 ,无挛缩及瘢痕增生 ,组织学观察形态结构良好。 5例病人进行临床移植 ,成活率平均 (78 9± 2 7) % ,愈合平坦 ,色淡红 ,触软。结论 :脱细胞异体真皮是修复深度烧伤创面的较理想的材料。Objective:To find a solution of cicatricial hyperplastic and cicatricial contracture after the surface of wound union of depth burn.Methods:The physical and chemical ways were used to deal with heterogeneous skin,and it was made into acellular allogenic dermis.Results:The animal experiment certified that the survival rate of graft was higher,no rejection,the skin after union was soft?elastic?abrasion-resistant,the outward appearance was level,no cicatricial hyperplastic and cicatricial contracture,histology observed that the morphosis was better.The clinical graft was performed on 5 patients,the average survival rate was(78 9±2 7)%,the union was level,the colour was pink,the pselaphesia was soft.Conclusions:Acellular allogenic dermis was an ideal material which could repair the surface of wound of depth burn.
