摘 要:300 日龄罗曼蛋鸡 768 只,随机分为 2 组(每组设 4 个重复,每个重复 96 只),在自由采食、饮水和光照16 h 的条件下,分别饲喂添加 0(对照组)、150 m g/kg 二氢吡啶(试验组)的玉米- 豆粕型日粮 13 周。结果表明: 与对照组相比,二氢吡啶试验组产蛋率提高 689% ( P < 001),产蛋周期延长; 血清超氧化物歧化酶( S O D)、碱性磷酸酶( A K P)活性和三碘甲状腺原氨酸( T3 )、促卵泡生成素( F S H)、促黄体生成素( L H)水平分别升高 8781% ( P < 001)、4862% ( P < 005)、1538% ( P < 005)、5509% ( P < 001)和 2254% ( P< 005),血清尿酸含量下降 2072% ( P < 005),而血清甲状腺素( T4 )、雌二醇( E2 )和孕酮( P)水平均无显著差异( P > 005);下丘脑、腺垂体中环腺苷酸(c A M P)含量分别升高 2130% ( P < 005)和 2222% ( P <005)。上述结果提示,二氢吡啶能够提高机体内 S O D 活性和 T3 水平,增强腺垂体 F S H 和 L H 分泌,从而提高?Seven hundred sixty and eight 300 day old ROM laying hens were divided randomly into 2 groups each with 4 replicates of 96 layers. One group fed with a basal corn soybean meal diet alone and another group with corn soybean meal diet containing 150 mg/kg 1,4 dihydropyridine under same circumstances for a period of 13 weeks. The results indicated that 1,4 dihydropyridine supplementation increased significantly laying rate by 6.89%(P<0.01), and prolong laying period. Activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), alkaline phosphatase(AKP) and concentrations of triiodothyronine(T 3), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in serum were improved significantly by 87.81%(P<0.001), 48.62%(P<0.05), 15.38%(P<0.05), 55.09%(P<0.01) and 22.54%(P<0.05) as compared with control, respectively. Uric acid concentration was decreased by 20.72%(P<0.05), but serum levels of thyroxine(T 4), estradiol(E 2) and progesterone(P) were unaffected by dietary 1,4 dihydropyridine. The concentration of cyclic adenosine 3′,5′ monophosphate(cAMP) in hypothalamus and anterior pituitary increased by 31.30%(P<0.05) and 22.22%(P<0.05), respectively. These results suggested that 1,4 dihydropyridine could increase old laying hen production and prolong laying period by improving the activity of SOD and the level of T 3 in body, and by enhancing secretion of FSH and LH in anterior pituitary.
