温度对南美斑潜蝇生长发育的影响研究

摘　　要：南美斑潜蝇是近年来为害烟草的新害虫。笔者对南美斑潜蝇的为害习性以及温度对其生长发育的影响进行了初步研究。结果表明:南美斑潜蝇主要为害烟草苗期,其各虫态发育历期均随着温度升高而缩短。卵、1龄、2龄、3龄幼虫、蛹、世代的发育起点温度分别为10.16、8.18、8.62、7.50、8.52、8.34℃,有效积温分别为33.24、34.40、20.03、37.09、138.34和327.94日度。Liriomyza huidobrensis is a new pest demaging tobacco in recent years.The character of demaging and the influence of temperature on the development of L.huidobrensis.were studied in this paper.The result showed that the pest mostly injures in the seedbed stage.From14℃to28℃,the development duration of various stages was shortened as temperature went up.Based on the results in the experiment at constant temperatures,the threshold temperature of its egg,1st-instar,2nd-instar,3rd-instar larva,pupa and genera-tion were estimated to be10.16℃,8.18℃,8.62℃,7.50℃,8.52℃and8.34℃,respectively.And the effective accumulated temperature were33.24,34.40,20.03,37.09,138.34and327.94day-degrees,respectively.
