摘　　要：包装工程本科教育的人才培养模式应与我国现代化建设和市场经济对人才的需求相适应 ,在统一规定的人才培养目标下 ,各包装院校可以根据自身优势和特点构建多样化的人才培养模式 ,通过优化知识结构 ,重视能力培养及强化素质教育 。The mode of personnel training in the higher education of packaging engineering will fit the needs of our society. The colleges of packaging should work out a mode suitable for their students under the uniform aim of the personnel training. The basic mode includs: ① Structures of ten kinds of knowledge,②Training of six capability,③Education of four attainments,④ three characteristics for running a school.
