摘　　要：目前 ,国际经济竞争日趋激烈 ,扩大内需日益紧迫。我们必须进一步提高对邓小平对内开放理论的认识 ,明确经济技术协作系统 ,是对内开放的组织者和生力军 ;支持横向经济技术协作 ;重视和积极参与区域合作 ,加强经济技术协作系统的内外联系 ,以加快国内大市场的形成 ,实现资源合理配置 ,促进社会经济发展。At present, international economic competition is sharper and sharper, which makes enlarging home market more urgent. We should deepen our understanding of Deng Xiaoping' s theory on opening to inside and have a clear idea that economic cooperation system is the organizer and key to opening to inside. In order to attain the aim of reasonable resource allocation and promote social development, we should encourage horizontal economic and technological cooperation, take an active part in regional collaboration and strengthen the contact between inside and outside of the cooperation system.
