摘  要:通过分析认为乌鲁木齐地区的年降雨、年气温对新 0 4号井、新 1 0号井水位和新 1 0号泉流量没有明显干扰。新 0 4号井、新 1 0号井和新 1 0号泉的震兆特征是 0 4号井水位为负异常 ,1 0号井水位、1 0号泉流量为正异常 ,产生差异的原因可能与观测点所处的构造环境有关。预测了新疆及邻近地区未来一年或稍长一段时间内有发生 7级左右地震的可能。The analysis shows the rainfall and air temperature in the Urumqi area haven't produced obvious effect on the water level of New No.04 well and New No.10 well as well as the outflow of New No.10 spring, and the wells and the spring are of following earthquake-reflecting characteristics: the positive anomaly (the value is higher than the normal value) of the water level appears at New No.04 well; the negative anomaly (the value is lower than the normal one) of the water level appears at New No.10 well and that of the outflow appears at New No.10 spring. It is thought that such earthquake-reflecting characteristics may be relative to the tectonic environments which the observational points are located in. It is predicted that it is possible for the earthquake with magnitude 7 or so to happen in next one year or a bit longer time in Xinjiang and vicinity.
