摘　　要：农业科技体制创新的程度与成效在很大程度上制约农业经济的发展。如何形成有利于经济发展的科技体制和有利于技术进步的运作机制,一直是农业科技发展的核心问题。农业科技体制的健全与完善,离不开政府的积极组织、协助和推动。因此,为政府的作用和角色正确定位,是保证农业科技体制创新成功的前提条件。agricultural scientific and technological system innovation influences the development of agricultural economy. Perfection of agricultural scientific and technolongical system is connected with the orgnization and propotion of the government. Thus, it is premise which assue success of agricultural scientific and technological system innovation to align correctly the government' s role.
