区域农业后备资源开发利用研究——以南京市为例

摘　　要：　农业资源开发在社会经济可持续发展中起着十分重要的作用。农业后备资源是农业资源开发利用中最具潜力的部分,而对其开发利用模式的采用在很大程度上会影响其开发利用的效果及效益。在南京市的农业后备资源中,"四荒"和"四低"两类资源具有较大的开发潜力。南京市根据各类农业后备资源的特点,采取了市场主导型、股份合作型、农户自发型、科技主导型、政府推动型等5种典型的开发利用模式。Our country is a typical nation with rare resources. Its natural resources, especially agricultural resources give little help to its highspeed economic development, while the exploiting of agricultural resources plays a very important role in the sustainable development of national economy. The agricultural reserve resources are so promising in the exploiting and utilizing of agricultural resources that the exploiting and utilizing modes adopted will greatly affect the effect and benefit of the exploiting and utilizing. The article takes Nanjing for example to compare and analyze several typical modes for exploiting and utilizing its agricultural reserve resources.
