咳安含片治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床作用观察

摘　　要：目的　观察咳安含片治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床作用。方法　全部患儿均经寒冷凝集试验和聚合酶链反应 (PCR)同步检测证实。治疗组 12 0例 ,给予咳安含片 ,同时给予红霉素治疗。对照组 80例 ,仅给予红毒素治疗 ,用法同治疗组。观察并记录患儿在治疗后体温恢复正常、咳嗽完全消失、肺部听诊恢复正常和疗程的时间。结果　治疗组与对照组比较采用u检验。在退热时间 (P <0 .0 5 )、咳嗽消失时间 (P<0 .0 1)、肺部音消失时间 (P<0 .0 1)、缩短病程 (P<0 .0 1)方面均呈显著性差异 ,治疗组均明显优于对照组。 结论　咳安含片具有有效的镇咳祛痰和一定的退热作用 ,与红霉素同用 ,可以明显提高对小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。? Objective To observe the clinical effects of KeAn buccal tablets in treating children's MP pneumonia.Methods All the children pationts were confirmed by condensation test and PCR.Treated group 120 cases ,used KeAn buccal tablets and Erythromycin;contrasted group 80 cases,Erythromycin only.Observed the time of temperature's recovering?caugh's disappering?lungs'sign recovering and the course of disease.Results contrasted the results of two groups,u-test.At the time of temperature's recovering(P<0.05),caugh's disappering(P<0.01),lungs'sign recovering(P<0.01)and the course of disease(P<0.01),there exist significant differences.Conclusions KeAn has significant effects on antitussive ,expectorant and recovering temperature,togather with Erythromycin,it may improve the effectiveness for treating children's MP pneumonia.
