摘　　要：目的 :建立平胃颗粒中甜菜碱的含量测定方法。方法 :双波长薄层扫描法 ,薄层板 :硅胶G -CMC薄层板 ,展开剂 :丙酮 -无水乙醇 -浓盐酸 (5∶3∶0 6 ) ,显色方法 :以碘蒸气熏后 ,喷以改良碘化铋钾试液。结果 :线性范围 4～ 2 0 μg ,平均回收率为 99 1% ,RSD为 2 3%。结论 :方法准确、可靠 ,为控制平胃颗粒的质量提供了科学依据。Objective:To set up a method for content determination of betaine in Pingwei granules.Method:TLC of dualwarelengfh thin layer plate:silicagel CMC plate,developing reagent:acetone ethanol hydrocloric acid (5∶3∶0.6).Colorimetric method:Sprayed with KBi I 4 reagent after smoked with I 20 .Result:The linear range from 5 to 25 μg,the average accovery rate and RSD were 99.1 and 2.3%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable,providing a scientic basis for controlling the quality of Pingwei granules.
