摘  要:为确定适合胶体金诊断试剂盒使用的膜材料 ,对几种膜材料的性能进行了定性的分析和筛选 ,其中包括 :混合纤维素膜、硝酸纤维素膜、Predator膜、硝化纤维素膜、玻璃纤维素膜 .比较了这几种膜的表面结构、层析性能、层析灵敏度、残留背景色和蛋白的吸附量等指标 ,结果表明 ,硝酸纤维素膜和Predator膜适合作胶体金试纸的固相支持膜 ,玻璃纤维素膜适合作胶体金 -蛋白结合物的载体膜 .同时又比较了同一材质、不同孔径的硝酸纤维素膜的各种性能 ,结果表明 :硝酸纤维素膜 2更适用于竖直爬流式的检测试纸 .对近似孔径、不同材质的硝酸纤维素膜 2和Predator膜 2比较结果说明 ,Predator膜To obtain appropriate membranes for immunogold test strips,qualitative analysis was carried out on several membranes and choices were made.The membranes are made of synthetic fabric,cellulose nitrate,predator membranes,nitro-cellulose,and glass fibre respectively.They were compared in the characterization of surface structure,background color,binding capacity,sensitivity,and chromatographic properties.Good results show that cellulose nitrate and predator membrane are the best choice for immunosupports,and glass fiber is more suitable for conjugate pad.The cellulose nitrate labeled with 2 is the most acceptable membrane for upright-flow direction test paper,in comparison with others,which have the same chemical composition but different pore size.The predator membrane labeled with 2 is better for lateral-flow direction than cellulose nitrate labeled with 2 since their chemical compositions are different,though they have similar pore size.
