摘　　要：针对国内小型饲钙厂产品质量难以稳定、劳动强度大等问题 ,介绍了 30kt a两段中和沉淀法饲钙装置的设计特点和操作控制要点。着重讨论了一中和终点的pH值对产品中m(P2 O5 F)的影响和主要工艺指标的控制 。In view of problems existing in small domestic feed calcium monophosphate factories such as unstable product quality and high labor intensity, it introduces the design features and operating and control essentials of the 30 kt/a feed calcium monophosphate plant with two stage neutralization and precipitation method It focuses on the impact of pH value at the neutralization end on the m (P 2O 5/F) of the product as well as the control of main process indexes It also gives suggestions for the design and production of large feed calcium monophosphate plants
