摘  要:本文报道了用固相法合成胸腺生成素Ⅱ活性片段(Thymopoietin Ⅱ 32-36OH),简称TP-5和它的自旋标记衍生物TP-5·R,并进行了生物活性研究。动物实验提示,小鼠ip TP-5(100ug/kg)能使腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能及E玫瑰花形成细胞活性明显升高;使脑、胸腺及肝组织中丙二醛含量显著降低,自旋标记衍生物除具有以上活性外还能促进溶血素的生成。该胸腺肽具有免疫促进活性和抑制体内脂质过氧化物生成的效应。A fragment with bioactivity of Thymopoietin (TP-5) and its spin labelled analog were synthesized. The synthesis was carried out with SPPS and Boc strategy. These peptides were judged to be greater than 90% pure using HPLC. Calculated values were in agreement with those obtained fron AAA. The ESE spectrum of the spin labelled analog was obtained and showed nitroxide radical signal. These synthetic peptides have the effect to restrain the formation of lipid peroxide in homogenates of several organs such as liver, brain, and thymus (MDA method) of the mouse. Bioassays also show that they have the effect to promote the activity of immunocompetent cell in vitro.
