摘　　要：AD-12金属减活剂是苯三唑和有机酸酯经加成反应得到的一种新型的苯三唑类金属减活剂,它的研制开发解决了较大剂量苯三唑有机衍生物的油溶性和溶解稳定性问题,同时在较好地保持苯三唑固有的腐蚀抑制能力和助抗氧化能力的前提下,兼有一定的破乳化能力。着重介绍了该金属减活剂的制备、性能评定及其应用研究。试验结果表明:该剂合成工艺可行,产品质量稳定,具有良好的油溶性、抗腐蚀性、助抗氧化性能以及良好的助破乳化作用。与其它添加剂配伍性良好,可在抗磨液压油、汽轮机油、工业齿轮油等多种油品中应用。该剂的参考用量为0.02%～0 5％。AD-12 metal passivator is a new type of derivative of benzotriazole made by the addition reaction of 1,2,3 - benzotriazole and organic acid ester. The development of this kind of passivator has solved the problems of the oil solubility and soluble stability when oil contains much derivative of benzotriazole. Meanwhile, it owns not only the abilities of anti - corrosion and assitant anti - oxidation which is connatural to benzotriazole, but also the anti - emulsion ability. The preparation, performance evaluation and its application of this kind of metal passivator are presented mainly. The test results show that the synthetical process is feasible and the quality of product is stable, with better oil solubility, corrosion resistance, assitant anti - oxidation and anti - emulsion properties. With better compatibility with other additives, this passivator usually can be used to antiwear hydraulic oil, turbine oil, industrial gear oil and other kinds of oils. Its referenced dosage is from 0.02 % to 0. 5 % .
