摘  要:研究了以松节油为原料、H2 SO4 为催化剂进行水合反应的工艺条件。采用超声波强化了油 水液 液两相传质 ,考察了反应时间、搅拌速度、酸浓度和油酸比对水合反应的影响 ,并由正交实验确定了各因素对产物得率的影响程度 ,确定最佳工艺条件为 :酸质量分数 35 % ,反应时间 15h ,油酸质量比 1∶1.9,搅拌速度 70 0r min ,水合萜二醇质量收率达 97.8% 。Technological conditions of hydration reaction of turpentine catalyzed with H 2SO 4 were studied.The mass transfer of oil/water liquid-iquid two-phase has been intensified by ultrasound,and factors such as reaction time,rotational speed,concentration of acid,and ratio of oil to acid which influence the hydration reaction were investigated,the effects of such factors on yield have been determined by orthogonal experiments,and optimum technological conditions have been attained as follows:concentration of acid (35%),reaction time (1.5 h),ratio of oil to acid (1∶1.9),rotational speed (700 r/min).The mass yield of terpine hydrate was up to 97.8%,at the same time the span for synthesis of terpineol by two-step method was shortened.
