复合益生菌制剂纠正长航核潜艇艇员肠道菌群失调的效果

摘　　要：目的 :观察及评价复合益生菌制剂 (海生元 )纠正长航核潜艇艇员肠道菌群失调的初步效果。方法 :采用微生态方法 ,对未服药组和服药组艇员进行长航前后肠道正常菌群定量及统计学比较分析。结果 :经过 2 0d水下长航作业后 ,服药组双歧杆菌、乳杆菌数量 (8.36± 0 .2 1、8.0 4± 0 .99)非常显著高于未服药组 (7.6 3± 0 .91、6 .6 0± 0 .79,P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1) ,而致病菌显著减少 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。此外 ,服药组消化道症状发生率也显著低于未服药组 (P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。但服药组自身航行后与航行前比较 ,双歧杆菌与乳杆菌数量减少仍有显著差异(P <0 .0 5 ) ,类杆菌数量减少仍有非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :复合益生菌制剂对长航核潜艇艇员肠道菌群失调的纠正有一定的效果。在改善胃肠道症状的同时 。Objective:To observe and evaluate the preliminary effects of complex-probiotic-preparation (Hai Sheng Yuan) on correcting the sailors , intestinal flora imbalance.Methods:Both the ecological method and statistical analysis were adopted to detect the difference of the intestinal flora between the preparation-taken group and the control group, and the incidence rates of the gastro-intestinal symptoms in the two groups were compared. Results: After 20 d long term voyage, the numbers of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus ( 8.36±0.21,8.04±0.99 respectively ) in preparation-taken group were significantly greater than those of control group ( 7.63±0.91, 6.60±0.79,P<0.05,P<0.01)while the number of pathogenic bacteria significantly decreased (P<0.05,P<0.01). Moreover, the incidence rates of gastro-intestinal symptoms of the preparation-taken group were significantly lower than those of control group.However, compared to the preparation-taken group itself,the numbers of Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus and the number of Bacteroides after long term voyage were still lower than those before voyage(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The complex-probiotic-preparation could definitely adjust the sailor’s intestinal flora imbalance during long term voyage of nuclear-powered submarine,i.e.the preparation could correct and keep the sailor's intestinal flora balance in a sub-normal level along with improving the gastro-intestinal symptoms of the sailors.
