摘　　要：以磷钼杂多酸作催化剂、环氧氯丙烷为促进剂、水或乙二醇为链调节剂,四氢呋喃开环聚合制备均聚醚的最佳工艺条件为:0℃-2℃,反应4h产率达64 5%,分子量在2000以内。用其制得的聚氨酯弹性材料与进口样品性能相当,某些性能优于进口原料制成的树脂。The synthetic methods and process conditions in tetrahydrofuran ring-opening polymerization,by using heteropolyacid H3PMO12O40 as catalyst,epichlorohydrin as promoter and water or ethylene glycol as chain-adjusting agent,were studied in detail.The yield of polymer reached 645% at optimum conditions,and the molecular weight can be limited within 2000.The properties of polyurethane elastomer made with these polymers are as good as that made with imported polymer.Some properties are even better than that made with imported polymer.
