摘 要:基于分形几何理论,以失活的催化裂化催化剂的再生为研究对象,用静态重量吸附法测定了经历不同再生阶段催化剂表面的单层饱和吸附量,计算得到了不同再生段催化剂表面的分形维数,考察了其表面形貌在再生过程中的变化规律。研究结果表明,整个再生过程中,催化剂表面的分形维数在2 5—3 2之间有规律的发生变化,即从再生开始到结束,表面的分形维数由小变大,再由大变小然后趋于稳定。催化剂颗粒的电镜分析结果与实验数据一致。The monolayer adsorption quantities on the coked catalyst after different regeneration time were determined with adsorption method,and based on the fractal geometric theory,the surface fractal dimension of the coked catalyst was obtained,and the surface appearance of the catalyst particles was studied.The results showed that the surface fractal dimension of the catalyst was in the range of 2.5 to 3.2.This means that,from the beginning to the end of the regeneration,the fractal dimension is increasing,then it is decreasing,and in the end it is unchangeable.The SEM analysis result of the catalyst particle coincided with the experimental data.
