摘  要:N,N’-bis(salicylidene)ethylenediamin complexes with rare earth ions,Nd(Ⅲ),Gd(Ⅲ) and Yb(Ⅲ),were synthesized and characterized with elemental analysis,UV-Vis spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy and TG-DTG analysis.The Schiff base ligand forms 1∶1 complex with Nd(Ⅲ)ion,but 2∶3 complexes with Gd(Ⅲ) or Yb(Ⅲ)ion.When excited with blue laser,Nd(Ⅲ) and Yb(Ⅲ) complexes give strong near-infrared fluorescence,which shows potential application in fluoroimmunoassay.N,N'-bis(salicylidene)ethylenediamin complexes with rare earth ions,Nd(Ⅲ),Gd(Ⅲ) and Yb(Ⅲ),were synthesized and characterized with elemental analysis,UV-Vis spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy and TG-DTG analysis.The Schiff base ligand forms 1∶1 complex with Nd(Ⅲ)ion,but 2∶3 complexes with Gd(Ⅲ) or Yb(Ⅲ)ion.When excited with blue laser,Nd(Ⅲ) and Yb(Ⅲ) complexes give strong near-infrared fluorescence,which shows potential application in fluoroimmunoassay.
