二硫化碳接触工人热应激蛋白70及其抗体水平的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨二硫化碳诱导人体产生热应激蛋白70(HSP70)及其抗体水平情况。方法用免疫印迹法(Westemblot)和酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法对职业性接触二硫化碳工人HSP70和HSP70抗体水平进行检测。结果接触组工人中血浆HSP 70抗体阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而HSP 70蛋白含量在两组间比较差异没有显著性(P>0.05);但据HSP 70抗体是否为阳性将工人分为阳性组和阴性组后,阳性组HSP 70蛋白含量低于阴性组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论HSP 70及其抗体滴度可反映二硫化碳的接触状况,对接触二硫化碳作业工人的健康监护有一定意义。Objective To study the titer of serum antibody against HSP70 in workers exposed to CSj and its possible relation to their health.Methods The HSP70 was analyzed by Western blot. Serum anti-HSP70 was detected by using Western blot-enzyme linked immunosobent assay (Western blot-ELBA) .Results It showed that the positive occurrence rate of antibody to HSP70 (1:10, 1:20, 1:40, 1:80) in exposed group was higher than those in control groups ( P < 0.05) . Based on the positive and negative antibody occurrence rate, the exposed group was divided into two groups , positive group and negative group, the levels of HSP70 in positive group appeared to be increased ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion It suggested that the titer of serum antibody to HSP70 might have close relation with the health of workers exposed to carbon disulfide and might serve as a marker of health monitoring to assess carbon disulfide exposure.
