摘 要:目的探讨滑石粉尘对陶瓷工人呼吸系疾病发生发展的影响。方法采用历史前瞻性队列研究,全体队列成员按是否接触矽尘和滑石尘分为不接尘组、矽尘组和滑石尘矽尘组,运用优势比(Odds Ratios,OR)方法作计算分析。结果滑石尘矽尘组工人的非恶性呼吸道疾病(如尘肺)和肺心病的死亡危险度与矽尘组类似,但其癌症的死亡危险度,特别是肺癌死亡比不接尘组明显超高,OR=4.73,P<0.01。结论认为颗粒型滑石可能是瓷厂工人中致肺癌因子,滑石粉尘对矽肺发病也有明显的促进作用。Objective To explore the health effects of talc dust on the occurrence and development of the respiratory diseases in talc exposed pottery workers.Methods It was designed as a cohort study. All the study objects were divided into three groups: non-dust-exposed workers, silica-dust-exposed workers, and talc-silica-exposed workers. Odds ratios( OR) was used for analysis. Results The risk of non-malignant respiratory diseases (in particular silicosis) and pulmonary heart diseases were similar to that of the talc-silica-exposed workers and the silica-dust-exposed workers. The risk of lung cancer for the talc-silica-exposed workers appeared to be increased significantly than that of non-dust-exposed workers, OR = 4.73, P<0.01. Conclusion The findings showed that the paiti-culate talc might be a factor causing lung cancer among the pottery workers and might promote the occurrence of the silicosis.
