摘 要:目的 探讨补肾活血中药对糖尿病大鼠视路突触素 1和髓鞘硷性蛋白 (myelinba sicprotein,MBP)的影响。方法 以链脲佐菌素造成大鼠糖尿病模型后 ,给予补肾活血中药加降糖灵混悬液连续 6月。采用免疫组化结合图像分析半定量检测视网膜、外侧膝状体、视皮质 1 7区三级神经元轴突突触素Ⅰ和神经纤维髓鞘硷性蛋白的含量。结果 与正常组相比 ,模型组大鼠三级神经元轴突突触素Ⅰ和神经纤维MBP的含量明显降低 (P <0 0 0 1 ) ,补肾活血中药组大鼠三级神经元轴突突触素Ⅰ和神经纤维MBP的含量明显增加 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 补肾活血中药能够增加糖尿病大鼠视路三级神经元突触的密度 ,并可提高神经纤维MBP合成 ,恢复髓鞘 。OBJECTIVE To study effect of traditional Chinese medicine for bushenhuoxue(补肾活血)therapy on synapsin I and the myelin basic protein(MBP) in visual pathway of rats with diabetic mellitus. METHODS After animal model with diabetes mellitus was introduced by the streptozotocin, they had been fed with the suspension of traditional Chinese medicine for bushenhuoxue therapy and the phenformin for six months. The contents of synapsin I in retina, external geniculate body, and the 17 region of the visual cortex, and content of the MBP of the nerve fiber were measured semi-quantitatively using immunohistochemical methods combined with image analysis system. RESULTS Compared with the normal group, the contents of the synapsin Ⅰof the axis-cylinder on the degree Ⅲneuron and the MBP of the nerve fiber was lower significantly in the model group ( P <0 001), the content was increased in the traditional Chinese medicine for bushenhuoxue therapy compared with the model group ( P <0 001). CONCLUSION It increased the synaptic density of the degree Ⅲneuron in the visual pathway and raised synthesis of the MBP and recovered the myelin sheath in rats with diabetic mellitus treated with traditional Chinese medicine for bushenhuoxue therapy.Thus which was beneficial to recovery of the conductive function of the nerve fiber.
