摘　　要：通过对国内外与核电站应急计划制定相关的一系列标准和导则的分析比较,概述其主要内容和新近的变化,并对核电站制定应急计划中如何采用相关标准提出了建议。This paper analyzes and compares a series of standards and guides home and aboard on constituting emergency plan for nuclear power station, summarizes its main contents and the latest changes, and gives some advice on how to adopt the correlative standards during constituting emergency plan for nuclear power station.
