摘　　要：目的:评价超选择性插管子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血的价值。方法:本组15例,包括自然产后大出血7例,引产后出血3例,剖腹产后大出血5例。所有病例均采用DSA监视下急诊血管造影并超选择性子宫动脉栓塞,栓塞剂为明胶海绵。结果:栓塞后即刻止血11例,术后经3～5天对症治疗出血逐渐停止2例,第二次栓塞止血2例,无严重并发症发生。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术治疗产后大出血是一种相对安全、迅速、有效的止血方法。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of superselective uterus artery embolization in the treatment of serious postpartum hemorrhage.Methods:Fiftheen patients with postpartum hemorrhage including spontaneous postpartum(7cas-es),induced abortion bleeding(3cases),and postcesarean bleeding(5cases),were treated by transcatheter uterus arterial emboliza-tion(UAE).Results:All of the15cases with postpartum bleeding were successfully controlled,including2cases treated by a second embolization,because of rebleeding,no serious complications happened.Conclusion:Superselective uterus artery em-bolization is a safe,quick,and effective therapeutic measure for treatment of massive postpartum hemorrhage.
