摘  要:目的观察复合蛋白锌 (CPZ)对雄性大鼠生殖系统的影响。方法缺锌饲养大鼠 5周 ,复制缺锌模型 ,再给予CPZ和硫酸锌补锌治疗 4周 ,观察和比较补锌治疗前、后各指标的变化。结果两CPZ剂量组在增加缺锌大鼠血浆及器官锌含量、睾丸重量、精子计数及活力、血浆及睾丸睾酮水平、蛋白质含量等方面显著优于对应剂量的硫酸锌组。结论CPZ能提高和改善雄性大鼠生殖系统的机能活动 。PurposeTo investigate the influence of compound protein zinc (CPZ) on the reproductive system of male rats.MethodsThe zinc deficient (ZD) models were produced in rats which were fed ZD diet for 5 weeks, and then ZD rats were given CPZ and zinc sulfate for 4 weeks at two doses respectively. The indexes were observed before and after the administration.ResultsThe zinc contents in plasma and organs, testicular weight, sperm count and motility, testosterone and protein levels in plasma and testis of the two CPZ groups were significantly higher than those of zinc sulfate groups.ConclusionCPZ could increase and improve the male rat reproductive function effectively. Its efficiency would be superior to that of zinc sulfate.
