有序分类重复测量数据的多水平模型分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨多水平模型理论在有序分类重复测量数据具有非独立性或误差分布于多个层次时的应用。方法 :阐述了多水平模型的构造方法 ,及模型估计的实现。结果 :对有序分类重复测量数据实例拟合方差成分模型及随机系数模型 ,并得到合理的解释。结论 :采用多水平模型分析有序分类的重复测量数据 ,效果较好 ,建议采用 RIGL S计算 。Objective:To explore the application of multilevel model for ordered categry data with repeated measurements.Methods:Illustrated the structure and algorithm implement of multilevel model.Results:Variance components model and random coefficient model were fitted for the example and obtained the reasonable interpretation was obtained.Conclusions:It is effective to analyze the ordered category data with repeated measurements by multilevel model.This paper suggested that RIGLS algorithm and PQL estimation should be used.
