摘　　要：目的 :探明绵阳市城区 0～ 6岁儿童佝偻病的影响因素。方法 :以分层整群随机抽样的方法选取绵阳城区 0～6岁儿童 1490例 ,采用自行设计的调查表进行佝偻病及相关因素的调查 ,运用 logistic回归对资料进行多因素分析。结果 :绵阳市城区 0～ 6岁儿童佝偻病患病率为 2 2 .6% ,该地区儿童佝偻病发生与年龄、维生素 D添加、父亲文化程度、家庭经济收入、住房朝向阳光是否充足、户外活动时间、虾皮和豆浆进食情况有关。其 OR值分别为 1.2 93、 0 .742、 0 .73 8、 0 .64 9、 2 .2 2 6、0 .40 0、 3 .5 61和 1.44 9。结论 :绵阳市城区儿童佝偻病发生是多种因素综合作用的结果 。Objective:To understand the influence factors of 0~6 years children' rickets in Mianyang Methods:By randomly strata cluster sampling,1490 children aged 0~6 years were surveyed and non conditional logistic regression was applie to analyze these data Results:The prevalence of children' tickets in Mianyang was 22 6%.The influence factors were the age,Vit D adding,father's educational level,family economy income,house exposed to the sun,time of activity outdoors and intake shrimps.The ORs were 1 293?0 742?0 738?1 315?0 649?2 226?0 400?3 561 and 1 449,respectively.Conclusions:Children'tickets in Mianyang was the result of comprehensive interaction of various factors,so a comprehensive prevention is effective.
