摘  要:目的 建立桃仁药材综合质量评价方法。方法 用HPLC测定了市售桃仁药材 1 3个样品、不同自制炮制品及不同贮藏年度苦杏仁中苦杏仁苷含量 ,并考察了市售药材的脂肪油、醇浸出物含量、灰分及酸不溶性灰分、干燥失重等常规理化试验项目。结果 市售生品药材苦杏仁苷含量与炮制药材间差异明显 ;而不同自制炮制品的苦杏仁苷含量差异不明显 ;不同贮藏年度的市售桃仁药材生品带皮妥善保存 ,苦杏仁苷含量至少 1 3年内无明显变化 ;对市售药材的常规试验项目测定结果表明各种炮制品间的差异较大。结论 炮制加工过程是影响桃仁药材质量的关键因素 ,同时有必要制订桃仁药材的常规理化试验项目 。OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the quality of Semen Persicae. METHODS: The amygdalin contents in the samples of Semen Persicae collected from different markets were analysed by HPLC method. Some physical and chemical tests were done to investgate their quality. RESULTS: There were significant differences in amygdalin contents as well as some physical and chemical parameters among the crude drugs and the processed ones. There were little changes in amygdalin contents with the storage time of ten years. CONCLUSION: The processing conditions were the main factors that affected the quality of Semen Persicae. Futhermore, a systematic evaluation of the quality of its samples from different markets was shown by a radar diagram based on the following five parameters: amygdalin contents, the lipid content, ethanol-soluble extract, total ash and acid-insoluble ash.
