摘　　要：目的:分析我院常见细菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素的敏感性,为临床选用该类抗生素提供参考。方法:采用我院近三年抗生素药敏资料,将常见细菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素的药敏率进行比较分析。结果:常见细菌对β-内酰胺类抗生素敏感率发生变化。结论:选择β-内酰胺类抗生素时应该根据本院细菌的药敏结果合理选用,并注意耐药性的发展变化。Objective: To provide references to the clinical application of the p-lactams, we analysed the sensitivity of bacterium in our hospital. Methods: 10 kinds of p-lactams and their susceptibility tests from 1999 to 2001 were reviewed. We also analysed the drug resistance and susceptibility were also analysed. Results: Great changes have been taken place for the drug resistance and susceptibility in the past 3 years. Conclusion: We should pay great attention to the drug resistance and susceptibility in the clinical application of the p-lactams bacteria.
