摘  要:目的 探讨血管紧张素原AGT(M2 35T)基因多态性与中国四川籍汉族人群原发性高血压 (EH)的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)及限制性片段长度多态性分析 (RFLP)方法分析人类白细胞染色体DNA中AGT(M2 35T)基因多态性。结果  12 2例EH病例组与 87例正常对照组AGT(M2 35T)等位基因频率T、M分别为 :T :0 .82 8vs 0 .661,M :0 .172vs 0 .339。基因型频率及等位基因频率符合Hardy Weinberg平衡定律。EH病例组AGT(M2 35T)基因T等位基因频率和TT型明显高于对照组 ( χ2 =11.7,P =0 .0 0 3和 χ2 =15 .6,P =0 .0 0 0 1)。结论 AGT(M2 35T)Objective To investigate whether the angiotensinogen AGT(M235T) gene polymorphisms might be implicated in essential hypertension(EH) in Sichuan Hans population.Methods We examined one hundred and twenty-two patients with EH and eighty-seven controls recruited from Sichuan Hans population respectively.The gene polymorphisms of AGT(M235T) was determined by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP).Results ①The frequencies of the allele of AGT(M235T)in EH patients and controls from Sichuan Hans population were T:0.828 vs 0.661 and M:0.172 vs 0.339,respectively.The genotype and allele distribution of AGT(M235T) gene in the controls and EH patients followed Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law.②AGT(M235T) gene polymorphism was significantly associated with EH in Sichuan Hans population(χ 2=14.8,P=0.001).The TT genotype and T allele were at a higher frequency in patients with EH than in controls(χ 2=11.7,P=0.003和χ 2=15.6,P=0.0001).Conclusion AGT(M235T) T allele is significantly associated with EH in Sichuan Hans population.
