摘　　要：聊天室一般是用C #或Java设计的 ,其技术是基于XML协议 ;给出了在Winsock的支持下用VisualC+ + 制作聊天室的过程 ,不必关心系统内部复杂的机制 。Chat room is designed generally with C# or Java on the technological bases of XML. This article gives the process that makes chat room with Visual C ++ under the support of Winsock, which needn't consider complex mechanism inside the system and abstract source codes.
