摘　　要：论文介绍了一种作者们开发的基于MCS-51单片机的自动单道分析器的硬件与软件原理。该自动单道分析器具有谱数据掉电保护功能,上电自动恢复测谱功能,通用计算机遥控及数据通信功能。该谱仪有很高的自动化水平和数据处理能力。The hardware and software of an automatic single channel analyzer based on MCS-51single-chip micro-computer which is designed by the authors is described in this paper.This automatic single channel analyzer can re-serve the spectrum data in RAM when the electric power is cut ,and continue to acquire spectrum data automatically when the electric power comes back.This automatic single channel analyzer can communicate with general purpose com-puter and can be controlled by it also.This automatic single channel analyzer is high automatic and has powerful data processing ability.
