摘　　要：根据HB方程并考虑多种导电影响因素，得到了泥质砂岩的含水饱和度理论公式，该理论公式与已有公式相比，较全面地考虑了诸如泥质导电，岩石骨架导电，地质束缚水导电等因素对岩石整体导电性的贡献，为进一步研究泥质砂岩含水饱和度奠定了基础。The therical water saturation model in shaly sandstone is derived from HB equation under the consideration of many factors that affect the reservoir conductance. More factors are studied in the therical model than the others,such as shale,rock matrix and the irriduable water which all contribute to whole conductance of reservoir rock. So the study makes contributions to the research of water saturation model in shaly sandstone.
